Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. Implement Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve process optimization. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Optimize logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery. Drive process automation and digital transformation within the supply chain function. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment. Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is a plus.
