salary: 6.5 lpa 7 lpa
working days: 5 days (2 rotational week offs)
shift: rotational shifts
qualification: graduate & undergraduate (both can apply)
experience: minimum 6 months of experience in a technical background

key responsibilities:
customer assistance & issue resolution: provide technical support and troubleshoot customer queries
documentation: accurately log and update customer interactions and resolutions
end-to-end resolution: ensure effective and timely problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction
collaboration: work with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently
required skills & qualifications:
technical knowledge: experience in handling tech-related queries and troubleshooting
communication skills: excellent verbal and written english proficiency
experience: minimum 6 months in a technical support role
adaptability: ability to work in a rotational shift environment
customer-centric approach: strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
