Job description
Tele-calling of customers who are overdue in loan repayment and persuade them for repayment
Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans and settlements
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activity
Strong communication and negotiation skills
