Job : Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Location: Kaloor, Kochi Salary: 32,000 per month Shift: Rotational Experience: 4-5 years as QA in a call center Languages: English & Hindi Speaking Skills Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
