Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and software design are followed.

Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications.

Architectural Design: Develop and implement high-level software architectures and frameworks to meet business requirements.

Data Structures & Algorithms: Utilize advanced data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and scalability.

Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and efficiency.

Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, including database queries, backend processes, and API efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver seamless applications.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have access to essential information.

Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

10-15 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend development and architecture.

Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Experience in architecting scalable, high-performance applications.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.

Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
