Job Description
- System Design & Architecture: Design and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable systems.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and optimize algorithms to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Data Structures Implementation: Leverage advanced data structures to build high-throughput and low-latency systems.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high-quality code through rigorous design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and QA, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Scalability & Reliability: Ensure the systems you build can handle large-scale operations efficiently.
- Innovation & Research: Stay updated with industry trends and bring in best practices to enhance the technology stack.
- 8-11 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on data structures and algorithms.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-performance computing.
- Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL & NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel computing is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
