Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring process compliance, and executing strategies to improve efficiency. This role involves coordinating with different departments, managing projects, and ensuring quality standards are met. The candidate will also be required to monitor budgets, report on performance metrics, and implement best practices in line with the company's goals. Qualifications Experience in operations management, project management, and staff supervision Strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance requirements Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Ability to coordinate with various departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in performance metrics monitoring and budget management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency,
