The company has a rich clientele list and is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Chemsol has three business divisions focusing on flooring, waterproofing, construction chemicals, and protective coatings. We are looking for an experienced R&D Chemist to join our team! If you have a passion for innovation in the paint and floor coating industry and a strong background in formulation and product development, we want to hear from you. Key Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D, specifically in paint, coatings, or floor coatings Expertise in formulation, testing, and performance enhancement of coatings Strong knowledge of raw materials, resins, pigments, and additives Ability to conduct research and develop new and improved coating solutions Hands-on experience with application testing, durability analysis, and quality control Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Responsibilities: Develop and optimize paint and floor coating formulations Conduct laboratory tests and performance evaluations Collaborate with suppliers and production teams for material selection and process improvements Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations Troubleshoot and improve existing products for better performance and cost-effectiveness Location: Jejuri MIDC , Pune, Maharashtra Join us and be part of an innovative team driving the future of paint and floor coatings!,
