Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar panel installation, wiring, and system maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Conduct site assessments and evaluate solar panel placement for maximum efficiency. Assemble, mount, and connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components. Perform wiring, grounding, and testing of electrical circuits as per safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, and batteries. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to optimize system performance. Work with customers to explain system operation and maintenance requirements. Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
