Job Description
- We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join us as Site Engineer Trainees. This is a 3-month training program, after which candidates demonstrating excellent performance will be offered a permanent position with an attractive salary package. Key Responsibilities During Training: Assist senior engineers in overseeing construction site activities. Learn to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications. Support in monitoring daily site progress and reporting updates. Help ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and suppliers. Participate in material inspections and site documentation processes. Understand basic project management and execution techniques. Gain hands-on experience in handling site challenges and problem-solving. Post-Training Responsibilities (If Hired Permanently): Independently manage and supervise site activities. Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with teams for smooth project execution. Maintain accurate site reports and documentation. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Freshers (No prior experience required). Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry. Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions.
