- Respond to and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and ensure effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including follow-up actions and resolutions.
- Assist in administrative tasks and manage documentation related to client accounts.
- Support operational processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Track and monitor service requests and complaints, ensuring all are addressed and resolved within the established timeframes.
