Job Description

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development as needed. Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse efficiency. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Role Requirements: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
