Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve product/service issues, offering solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Document customer interactions and maintain a clear record of issues and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further action.
Continuously contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.


Qualifications:

 

Proven experience in customer support or similar role.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
