Job Description

Driver Management: Recruiting, training, evaluating & ensuring driver compliance/regulations. Vehicle Maintenance: Scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs. Route Optimization: Planning and adjusting routes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, regulatory adherence, and conducting audits. Vehicle Allocation: Assigning vehicles to drivers, managing utilization, and optimizing fleet size. Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing fuel, maintenance, and other fleet-related expenses. Communication: Coordinating with drivers, dispatch, and other stakeholders. Incident Management: Handling accidents, breakdowns, and other fleet-related incidents.
