- About The Role We are looking for a skilled Web Automation Tester with 1 to 3 years of experience in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality software. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of our web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand application functionalities and testing requirements. Identify, record, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved. Perform regression testing to ensure software stability after changes. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution. Document test results and create detailed test reports. Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks. Required Skills And Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in web automation testing. Proficiency in Java programming language. Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, etc. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
