- Job Overview: The Industrial Process Automation Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing automation solutions tailored to customer requirements and project specifications. This role demands a strong technical foundation in the design and engineering of industrial automation and process control systems, ensuring efficient, reliable, and compliant solutions. Job Responsibilities: Detailed Design of Process PLCs, ESD, Fire & Gas Systems, RTUs, Instrumentation, Protocols, Networking / LAN specially for Networked Systems involving SCADA and multiple PLCs. Panel Engineering, PLC programming, application knowledge in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, Chemical Industry is a must. Lead team of engineers involved in Design and implementation work including taking lead to coordinate with customer for documents submission and approval as per VDRL. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams including projects, IT team, factory, procurement, proposal engineering. Provide necessary support to Sales and proposal team during bidding process. Interact with customers during project engineering phase to handle all technical aspects of the project Troubleshooting & Support to commissioning team to overcome any technical issue being faced at site and perform RCA to achieve the same Complete documentation for the project inline with project and customer requirement and also as per company internal process requirements. Experience: 1215 years of industry experience in industrial process automation, with at least 35 years in a managerial or leadership role. Extensive hands-on experience with process control systems and PLCs/ICSS from leading manufacturers such as Schneider, Siemens, and Rockwell. Proficiency in SCADA systems, including AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell, and Emerson. Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, DNP, OPC-UA, and others. Familiarity with manufacturing processes across industries such as oil & gas, power, water & wastewater, chemical, cement, and metal. Proven experience in execution and commissioning of Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire & Gas Systems (F&G), and Industrial Networks. Hands-on expertise in software implementation based on specific application requirements. Strong understanding of VFD systems engineering, including commissioning and operational functionality.
