- React Developer (Visual Studio) Location : Pune, Noida, Telangana, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai Experience : 6+ years (5+ years in React is mandatory) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced React Developer with a strong background in building dynamic, high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with REST APIs and third-party libraries. You will be joining a dynamic team, contributing to the development of scalable and responsive web applications, and delivering top-notch front-end solutions. Key Responsibilities React Development : Design and develop dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React. Ensure that the web applications are optimized for various screen sizes and performance. Visual Studio Expertise : Utilize Visual Studio for creating, debugging, and testing React-based applications. Leverage Visual Studio's capabilities to improve development efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to create seamless and scalable applications. Collaborate on technical and design requirements to create highly responsive web solutions. Component Design & Reusability : Develop reusable components and maintain a modular code structure to ensure scalability and long-term maintainability of applications. Integration with APIs : Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, handling data exchange between front-end and back-end services. Ensure smooth data flow, robust error handling, and minimal latency. Code Quality & Best Practices : Follow best practices for coding standards, testing, and code reviews. Maintain a clean, readable, and maintainable codebase. Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify and troubleshoot front-end issues across various browsers and devices, ensuring the app is free from bugs and technical errors. Performance Optimization : Continuously optimize React code for better performance, minimizing load times, and improving the user experience across devices. Version Control : Manage source code using version control tools like Git and GitHub, ensuring collaboration with team members and proper documentation of changes. Third-Party Libraries & Frameworks : Leverage third-party libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, Axios, Bootstrap, Material UI) to expedite development and enhance functionality. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development, React best practices, and Visual Studio advancements. Actively apply new techniques to improve the development process. Required Skills And Qualifications React Expertise : Minimum of 5 years of experience with React.js, including a strong understanding of React principles, JSX, virtual DOM, and component lifecycles. Visual Studio : Hands-on experience using Visual Studio for front-end development, debugging, and performance tuning. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript : Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with pre-processors like SASS or LESS is a plus. RESTful APIs : Extensive experience in working with REST APIs, including understanding how to handle asynchronous calls and managing API response data. Version Control : Experience using Git, GitHub, or similar version control tools in a collaborative development environment. Cross-Browser Compatibility : Knowledge of cross-browser issues and the ability to create applications that are compatible across a variety of browsers. Third-Party Libraries & Tools : Experience using libraries such as Redux, Axios, Material UI, etc., and integrating them effectively into React applications. Performance Optimization : Familiarity with React performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization. UI/UX Collaboration : Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional front-end components that are visually appealing and user-friendly. Problem Solving : Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and resolve them efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Advanced React Knowledge : Familiarity with React Hooks, React Router, Context API, and other modern React features. Testing : Experience with front-end testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha. Node.js : Familiarity with server-side JavaScript (Node.js) for understanding full-stack development. CI/CD Tools : Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Soft Skills Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player : Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to collective goals. Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and technologies.
