Summary: We are looking for a customer focused Brand Host to represent our company and create memorable experience for our customers. I this role, you will engage with clients, promote our brand, and ensure a welcoming environment at events, retail locations or promotional activities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Represent the brand professionality at events, stores or promotional activities. Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions Foster relationship with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to executive promotional campaigns Maintain a strong understanding of brand values, products and services. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for brand improvement. Qualification and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, enthusiastic and customer focused attitude Prior experience in hospitality, retail, promotions or brand representation is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and events Strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset.,
