We are urgently looking for HR Intern (Employee Relations) - FEMALE ONLY at Vepery (Chennai) location.

Job Details

• Work Location : Chennai (Vepery)
• Need Female Candidates only
• Duration : Full Time (Direct payroll)
• Shift : Day
• Salary : As per company standard
• MBA in Human resource or any other related degree ( PG 2023 Passed out not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct exit interviews, Employee Grievances, Employee Engagement activities, attrition management,
• Collect and analyze employee data
• Use data to create employee profiles
• Organize and update employee files
• Oversee employee orientation and training

Desired candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Flexible to timings
• Hunger to learn new things
• Immediate joiner
