Job Description
- Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. Perform month-end and year-end close processes. Track and analyze financial performance metrics. Manage and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist with audits and prepare audit schedules. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions. Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of Excel Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial reporting requirements. Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
