Job Description

JD:- Exp: 3+ years Location: Bangalore -Skills- Key Responsibilities: 3D Modeling and Design: Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CATIA V5/V6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards. Assembly Design: Work on assembly modeling, ensuring that components fit, function, and integrate seamlessly within the larger assembly structure. Surface Modeling: Utilize advanced CATIA tools for surface modeling to create complex geometries as required by design specifications. Product Development Support: Collaborate with product development teams to refine design concepts, ensure manufacturability, and optimize performance. Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documents, including design specifications, reports, BOMs, and revision control. Design Validation: Perform tolerance analysis, interference checks, and other design validations to ensure that components meet functional and quality standards. Collaborative Development: Engage with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and testing departments, to support the product lifecycle from concept through to production. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to design processes and CATIA techniques to enhance productivity and design quality.
