Job Description:
The specialist would be well versed with all HR Operations functions and are pivotal in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of the Human Resources department. This role encompasses the meticulous management of HR operations by adherence to HR compliance and regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Recruitment with real time hands on experience on Naukri. Should be able to close position on own and along with recruitment consultants. Build a strong pipeline and database for the upcoming season and revive the evaluation process for robust screening.
Onboarding: Very closely managing employee life cycle from offer to joining by adhering to the process. Adhere to the companys Background screening process with timely closure of the same.
Policies: Revive, enhance and modify the policies of the business with analysis of the industry.
Engagement: Devise and drive Engagements for the business units.
Exit: Assist in minimal attrition by building relation with staff and by minimizing Bad recruitment. Conduct periodical surveys and understanding of the pulse of the institution and thereby devise action plans for the same.
Collaborate closely with the Business team and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
Preparation of all different kinds of dashboards and reports needed by the Business leaders.
Timely closure of employee and business leaders needs and grievances with positive approach.
Stay abreast on the evolving changes in recruitment practices and industry with regards to polices and benefits.
Benchmarking with analysis of data from internal resource and external market
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in and post Graduate in Human Resources or a related field
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
Adept at handling confidential information discreetly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
