Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Bancassurance Manager to lead and drive the Bancassurance channel for our life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effective collaboration.
Set and achieve sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
Implement sales initiatives and campaigns to maximise revenue.
Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Age - Max 38 Years
Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
