Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop & optimize scalable web applications using Laravel & MongoDB Implement multi-tenancy in Laravel for a SaaS-based journal management system Develop API-based solutions for various platform modules, including article submission, mentorship, and indexing Work with front-end technologies (React.js / Vue.js) to build dynamic user interfaces Optimize MongoDB queries & indexing for handling large datasets Ensure platform security and implement best practices for authentication & authorization Deploy & manage cloud-based infrastructure (DigitalOcean / AWS / Other) Collaborate with UI/UX designers & stakeholders to improve user experience Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of experience in Laravel development - Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and optimization - Frontend expertise (React.js / Vue.js / Tailwind CSS) - Experience with RESTful APIs & GraphQL - Knowledge of multi-tenancy implementation in Laravel - Experience with job queues & background processing (Redis, Laravel Queues) - Strong understanding of performance optimization in Laravel & MongoDB - Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) - Ability to debug & optimize queries for high-traffic applications Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: php: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
