Job Description

Payroll & Exit Management

1. Ensuring timely & accurate payout for onroll & Expat Employees,

2. Seconded Employees (Input/output Management / Reconciliation / Treasury / HR Finance / Provision / Actuarial valuation Etc).

3. End to End Exit Management (Systems/clearance/F&F/ payout/Recovery / Letters / Terminations / F&F etc.)

4. Salary Input HR Compliances.

6. Leads the compliance ensuring all HR Compliance

7. Ensure compliances under all the applicable law and Acts for Eg. Shop & Est. Act/CLRA/ Payment of Gratuity Act / Payment of Bonus/ Code of wages/ Overview of Factory compliances and Other HR related Act) .

8. Expats Shadow Payroll salary payout & foreign salary remittances.

9. Expats Individual Tax & Stat compliance (ITR filing, ITR refund & Business Visa taxation, International worker PF remittance.

10. Actively participation in Calculation Annual Performance Bonus
