Job Description
- Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to Odoo ERP system implementations. Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations to understand existing workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes. Map and document current and future state business processes using appropriate techniques such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements for efficient communication and system design. Translate business requirements into functional specifications that serve as a blueprint for configuring and customizing Odoo modules. Ensure the specifications are clear, complete, and aligned with the client's business objectives and the capabilities of the Odoo platform. Work closely with technical teams, including developers and consultants, to provide guidance and clarification on functional requirements. Collaborate in the system design phase to ensure the technical solution aligns with the documented business requirements. Support the UAT process by collaborating with end-users to define test scenarios, test cases, and expected outcomes. Validate that the implemented solution meets the business requirements and effectively addresses the identified pain points. Assist in change management activities, including training and user adoption strategies, to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Odoo. Provide guidance and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within the Odoo ERP system. Stay updated on Odoo's latest features and functionalities and propose enhancements or system improvements to meet evolving business needs. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, technical teams, and end-users. Provide regular updates on project progress, requirements clarification, and issue resolution. Requirements Requirement: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, a minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in Odoo ERP implementations or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of business processes and experience in conducting business process analysis and mapping. Familiarity with the Odoo ERP system, its modules, and its capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories. Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management is a plus. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Odoo certification or relevant certifications in ERP systems. Experience in implementing Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and HR. Knowledge of other ERP systems and their integration with Odoo. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Important: ready to relocate coimbatore must have experience in Odoo Erp,
