Job Description
- Role : Oracle NetSuite Location : Remote, India Experience : 3+ years Description The Systems Analyst is the member of the Information Technology department and is specifically responsible for the support of NetSuite ERP. ESSENTIAL POSITION in the design, development, implementation, and support of the NetSuite ERP system. Understanding the requirements of the business and related work processes. Assist in process improvement through work elimination and automation Support in configuration and testing of the NetSuite ERP System Creating and maintain workflows and related functionality to support reporting and dashboard functionality. Troubleshooting system functionality when results are not as expected Engaging and coordinating with the vendor and outside consultants for support on projects and initiatives - as needed basis Training end users on system functionality Defining and maintaining roles and security Maintaining and Supporting data integrations with the NetSuite platform either through third party connectors (such as Celigo, Dell Boomi) or CSV integrator. Understanding of the core financial and project accounting modules of NetSuite. Understanding of Asset management (fixed assets) and parts/items management. Demonstrated understanding of project accounting, establishing budgets and tracking costs, and related resource utilization reporting. Understanding how to configure custom records, fields, drop down lists, saved searches, and dashboards Understanding of how NetSuite integrates with other cloud provider systems. Understanding how to import data and perform data transformations within NetSuite. Familiarity with using SuiteScript scripting language. Proficiency in this area is not required; however an understanding of how to read and troubleshoot established scripts is desired. Proficiency in this area is a plus. Basic project management skills of documenting scope, developing requirements documents, developing work break down structures, estimating time, tracking issues, and performing change management activities is : Bachelor's degree in business or related field is strongly desired. Any NetSuite certifications are a plus Certifications in a project management discipline is a plus (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile) Minimum 2 years" experience supporting and implementing NetSuite ERP system. 3 or more years supporting and implementing a major recognized ERP system NetSuite or similarly situated global vendor is strongly desired. 3 or more years" experience working on a project team implementing ERP functionality in a similar or larger sized company. Working in an IT department or other capacity supporting a major ERP package, tracking metrics, troubleshooting problems, and supporting end users. (ref:hirist.tech),
