- Job Title: Associate Product Manager About the Role: We seek an Associate Product Manager with a solid background in software development and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Agile Scrum teams, with a focus on translating technical concepts into user-centric products. This role is critical in developing and delivering advanced geospatial solutions for the agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities: Actively monitor product development stages, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and deliverables. Help manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep projects on track. Lead scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives and serving as the Scrum Master to ensure the effectiveness of the Agile process. Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, features, and enhancements. Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog and writing user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive product initiatives forward. Participate in strategic planning, aligning features with market demands and technological advancements. Monitor product metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate on product features and functionalities. Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to inform product strategy. Work in Agile Scrum environments, build capability of leading Agile teams. Write PRDs, user stories, and product documentation. Analytical skills for conducting market research and data analysis. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
