Job Description

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required for offshore support roles. 5+ years of experience in utility relocations, with expertise in pipelines, gas, electric, or telecom infrastructure. Strong knowledge of utility relocation processes within transportation or large infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other engineering software tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to managing project challenges. Familiarity with international engineering standards and local utility regulations is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience working remotely or from offshore locations in a project-based environment. Prior experience in transportation or infrastructure development projects involving utility relocations. Knowledge of regulatory processes and permitting for utility relocations in road, highway, or telecom projects.,
