Job Description
- Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Job Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. To address requirements in the area of Enterprise Asset Management. 2. Build competencies at Global Delivery to deliver solutions especially in areas relating to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) pertaining to Utilities T&D with specialized knowledge in compatible Units (CU), Linear Asset management (LAM), SAP GEF, Network Modelling 3. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. 4. Provide expertise in capital and operational work planning and scheduling, resource assignment and field work execution. 5. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients. 6. Identify developments and write functional specifications. 7. Implement solutions with Agile methodology. Test integrations with typical 3rd party utility applications like GIS, scheduling, field mobile devices 8. Should be able to work independently on RFP/RFI responses 9. Should have Project management experience and able execute projects medium to large 10. Should be able to participate client orals/presentation etc Technical Experience 1. Good Understanding of SAP EAM business process and integration knowledge with other components within SAP (FI / CO / CS / CATS/ PS / PM / DMS) & 3rd party engineering applications like BUD, AUTOCAD, POWERPLAN. 2. Structuring of technical objects, setting up costing for maintenance work orders. Understanding of compatible unit library, Design and estimation. 3. SAP EAM integration with Fleet Management, Scheduling & Mobile applications 4. Business process design, re-engineering and documentation. 5. Handle business security roles and profiles. Change management. 6. Go-live, hyper care & post go-live support exposure. Utility industry Experience 7.
