Job Description

As an ERP Consultant at GEOTECHNOSOFT, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations towards successful ERP adoption. You will be responsible for: Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points, objectives, and optimal ERP solutions. Solution Design and Configuration: Tailor and configure leading ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) to perfectly align with client requirements. Data Migration and System Administration: Ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems and manage user roles, permissions, and system security. Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users of all levels, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. Change Management: Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth ERP adoption and maximize user buy-in. Your Skills and Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of leading ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms. Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and training. (Bonus points for Odoo expertise!)
