Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Bakson Group, a leading homoeopathic medicine manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to production processes, sales trends, inventory management, and other business operations. The goal is to help drive better business decisions and improve operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various departments (manufacturing, sales, inventory, customer feedback, etc.). Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analysis tools to present actionable insights to stakeholders. Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data. Cleanse and validate data to ensure its reliability for decision-making. Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support the optimization of manufacturing processes, sales strategies, and inventory management. Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to help the company anticipate demand, manage production schedules, and optimize resource allocation. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, R&D, marketing, finance) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant guidelines when working with production and inventory data. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest data-driven recommendations for enhanced performance and efficiency. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors. Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software. Knowledge of Statistical Methods: Solid understanding of statistical methods and how they can be applied to data analysis in manufacturing and business operations. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis.
