Role Description This is a full-time role for an OTA Specialist in the Hotel Industry at The Tanisi Hotels and Resorts, located in Goa, India. The OTA Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, reservations, customer service, receptionist duties, and food & beverage management. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field,
