- Sales Specialist Real Estate/Construction Industry (Remote, Sydney Time Zone) Location: Remote (Must be available 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Sydney Time) Salary: INR 30,000 - 40,000 per month About Us: NextGen Granny Flats is a leader in the real estate and construction industry, specializing in innovative and high-quality granny flat solutions. We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales Specialist to join our team remotely, working in the Sydney time zone. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage leads. Understand customer needs and provide expert solutions in real estate/construction. Negotiate and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Work proactively, adapt to challenges, and deliver exceptional service. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Real Estate or Construction industry preferred). Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Prior experience dealing with international clients. Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Must have a proper remote work setup with a stable internet connection and necessary devices. Must be available to work 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Sydney Time.
