- Job Title: WordPress Developer Shift Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite @ Office, 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST Client Location: Kharadi, Pune, IN Key Responsibilities: Project Analysis: Analyze project requirements with critical reasoning and decision-making skills. Development: Create web applications using WordPress and Core PHP, including customization based on requirements. Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects and coordinate with Account/Project Managers. Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional attention to detail, conduct implication analysis, and uphold quality standards. Communication: Clearly communicate vision, goals, and tasks to the team, and excel in both oral and written communication. Administrative Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative, logical, and organizational skills. Team Collaboration: Build and maintain professional relationships with cross-functional teams across various regions and offices. Pressure Handling: Effectively work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Listening Skills: Listen attentively and focus on key subjects during discussions. Independence: Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision and show self-motivation and personal responsibility. Adaptability: Be open to working with various technologies as needed. Key Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in delivering WordPress websites, with a deep understanding of its strengths and weaknesses. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in WordPress installation, configuration, administration, security, and optimization. Customization: Experience in customizing and developing WordPress themes, plugins, and widgets. Programming Skills: Proficient in HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. Performance Optimization: Ability to develop high-performance, scalable custom solutions and plugin development. Caching Systems: Experience with caching systems such as WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, HyperDB, and Yoast SEO. PHP Knowledge: Strong background in PHP for implementing core WordPress functions, template tags, and hooks. API Integration: Experience with common third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook, eBay). Database Management: Strong understanding of database technologies and SQL optimization.
