Your Role Responsibilities As a Content Creation/Publication DevOps professional, you will be responsible for the continuous delivery and deployment of software within an agile team. Your responsibilities include: Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues effectively. Automation Development: Develop scripts to automate visualisation processes. System Design: Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to align software requirements and design plans. Build Automation: Automate build, test, and deployment processes for seamless software delivery. Performance Monitoring: Monitor software health and performance, proactively resolving issues. Agile Participation: Engage in agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders on software in production. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest DevOps techniques and best practices. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise in DevOps practices and technologies. What You Bring Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experience with Azure and MongoDB (at least 3-4 years in both). Compulsory Skills: Azure Cloud and MongoDB DevOps Tools: Strong understanding of tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience with Linux and Windows environments. Additional Skills: Java, Kafka, and experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus, but not mandatory. Cloud & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (Google Cloud) is an advantage. Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
