Job Description
- Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Java technologies to design and implement complex software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures that align with the companys strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Design: Develop high-level solution architectures, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical capabilities. Java Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.) to design and implement robust and efficient systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional teams, guiding them in the implementation of technical solutions. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members. Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams, deployment models, and technical specifications. System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between various systems, applications, and services. Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role with a focus on Java-based technologies. Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred). Preferred Experience: Experience with enterprise-level systems and large-scale applications. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
