- Job Title: Site Supervisor Civil & Interior Works Location: Bhadravati, Shivamogga, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ years Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design Job Overview: We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee the civil and interior renovation work at our farmhouse. The ideal candidate must have technical expertise in civil construction and interiors, be available on-site daily, and provide regular updates on work progress. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all civil and interior work at the site. Ensure quality control and timely execution of work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth operations. Maintain daily reports on project progress, materials used, and upcoming tasks. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively. Provide regular updates via calls, messages, and site reports. Verify and approve materials before installation. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. Must have completed at least one of the following courses: Construction Management Interior Design & Execution Quantity Surveying Structural Design & Analysis Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in civil and interior projects. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of materials, labor management, and site logistics. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and take ownership of site supervision.
