Job Description
- We at IPIPL are looking for an experienced BOQ Specialist who can efficiently handle detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and quantity surveying for our interior design projects. This role will involve working closely with the Execution Head to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze detailed BOQs for high-end interior projects. Provide quick and accurate cost estimates for materials and labor. Work closely with designers, vendors, and project managers to ensure budget alignment. Conduct site measurements and quantity surveying as needed. Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Prepare bar charts for project timelines to streamline execution and scheduling. Who Should Apply Professionals with strong experience in BOQ preparation and estimation. A background in quantity surveying, cost control, or procurement. Should be well-versed with AutoCAD. Ability to work with AutoCAD, Excel, and project scheduling tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
