- Urgent Hiring: Site Engineer Multi-Storey Buildings Location: Kochi Salary: As per industry standards Experience: 15+ Years Male Candidates Preferred Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer with expertise in handling multi-storey building projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction site management, structural planning, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Supervision Oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-storey residential and commercial buildings. Ensure compliance with structural designs, blueprints, and engineering standards. Monitor site work progress and resolve technical issues on time. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices. Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and site safety protocols. Coordinate with the safety team to enforce safe working conditions. Coordination & Team Management Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Supervise civil engineers, contractors, and laborers, ensuring efficient workforce utilization. Attend site meetings and update stakeholders on project progress. Material & Resource Management Oversee procurement and ensure the availability of construction materials, equipment, and workforce. Optimize resource allocation to prevent project delays and cost overruns. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and project documentation. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory guidelines related to construction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in site execution of multi-storey building projects. Strong knowledge of structural drawings, RCC work, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management software is a plus. Ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.
