- Job Opportunity: Team Lead - Senior Software Engineer Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Educational Qualifications : B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA/ M sc- CS / IT/ EC About the Role We are looking for a Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer to lead our training team at Quest Innovative Solutions (P) Ltd. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and guiding trainers and trainees. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Training Management Lead and mentor a team of trainers across multiple technologies. Oversee and manage Regular Training Programs, Corporate/Campus Training Programs, and Live/Academic Projects. Conduct technical counselling sessions, guide trainees, and evaluate training outcomes. Technical & Project Development Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on supervision for trainees. Assist in academic and live project development. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs. Mentorship & Evaluation Guide and evaluate junior trainers and trainees. Ensure high-quality training delivery and knowledge transfer. Skills & Expertise Proficiency in .NET / JAVA/ PYTHON (Any one). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and team leadership.
