We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead/Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, and automation/integration to help scale and optimize our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate should have independently led end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, developed technical blueprints/roadmaps, and driven automation and integration projects. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and deliver strategic ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and architect end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability. Design and implement ITSM, ITIL, CMDB solutions to enhance IT service delivery. Develop technical blueprints, roadmaps, and automation/integration strategies to optimize ServiceNow functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules, configurations, scripting, workflows, and third-party integrations. Lead ServiceNow automation initiatives, improving efficiency and reducing manual processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow technical challenges. Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and latest releases to drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications 14+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow. Expertise in ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, and automation/integration solutions. Proven track record of independently implementing ServiceNow projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and UI customizations. Experience in designing and executing ServiceNow automation and integration strategies. Excellent client-facing and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver solutions effectively. ServiceNow certifications (such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
