WITHIN YOUR TEAM
As a helpdesk technician you will provide Tier 2 support to our associates via Microsoft Teams, phone calls, email and in person interactions. As a helpdesk technician you will ask appropriate questions and use your knowledge to resolve the associate s ServiceDesk tickets. You will work with the rest of the global team to resolve issues as they arise and escalate issues as needed and also you will provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business.
THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
In this role you will grow your knowledge and skills while supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You will learn new technologies and create standard work to help associates use those new technologies. As part of continuous improvement, you will also learn aspects of Danaher Business System like Visual Daily Management, PSP, and so on, which will help you grow in your career. Your attention to details will help you expand your knowledge and resolve support requests in a timely manner.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, reporting and configuration of the plug-ins
- Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business
- Support JIRA and Confluence users
- Software & Patch deployment and troubleshooting of failures.
- Vulnerability management.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure/cloud services and integration.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
- Must have experience with Computer installation and break/fix on Apple and Windows devices.
- Must have problem solving ability, identify process gaps, perform RCAs and recommend remediation plans.
- Proficient in documentation and creating/maintaining knowledge base articles.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
Must Have
- BE/B.Tech or MCA degree
- Relevant IT experience for at least 3+yrs.
- Must have basic experience managing Atlassian products like Jira & Wiki.
- ITIL certification is mandatory.
Preferred
- Good to have basic experience on SharePoint administration
- Experience on software like JamF, CrowdStrike & Okta
- Good to have Mac JamF/Airwatch, self-service, OS and applications troubleshooting
