Job Description
- About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire user experience lifecycle, from understanding user needs to designing and developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring our products to life. Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are both user-friendly and visually appealing Develop UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or a similar framework) Ensure that UIs are responsive and function seamlessly across all devices Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure a consistent user experience Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer or a related field Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and other IT-related courses Requirement: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles Experience with JSP for developing dynamic web pages is must Experience with AJAX calls in JSP, handling success and error responses is must Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or a similar framework) Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for creating user-centered experiences A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Chance to learn and grow your skills The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company.
