The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative filtration systems, chemical treatment solutions, and advanced water purification technologies. This role involves R&D, prototyping, testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Innovation: Design, develop, and optimize water treatment products such as filtration systems, membranes, ion exchange resins, reverse osmosis (RO), and chemical treatment solutions. Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and treatment processes to improve product efficiency. Develop prototypes and collaborate with the R&D team for testing and validation. 2. Performance Testing & Validation: Conduct pilot-scale and laboratory testing to evaluate product performance. Analyze water quality parameters (e.g., pH, turbidity, TDS, hardness, microbial content) and optimize treatment processes. Develop testing protocols and ensure products meet EPA, NSF, ISO, and other regulatory standards. 3. Process Optimization & Manufacturing Support: Work with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective production. Improve product formulations, energy efficiency, and operational performance. Solve design and operational challenges through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Project Management & Documentation: Lead and manage product development projects from concept to commercialization. Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and user manuals. Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in water treatment product development, filtration technologies, or chemical treatment processes. Experience with membranes, RO systems, adsorption technologies, or ion exchange processes is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of water chemistry, filtration, and separation technologies. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for product design. Knowledge of analytical testing methods (e.g., spectrophotometry, chromatography, turbidity testing). Experience with process modeling/simulation tools (MATLAB, Aspen Plus) is an advantage.
