Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Engagement Specialists to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. The role involves addressing customer concerns, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain customer engagement by providing timely and accurate information.
Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when required.
Document interactions in CRM systems for future reference.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and engagement metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
Experience in customer service, telesales, or BPO is a plus.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
