Customer Care Executive Exciting Career Opportunity!
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 15,000 30,000/month + Lucrative Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts
Experience: 0-5 Years (Freshers Welcome!)
What Youll Do:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
Log interactions in CRM and escalate complex cases as needed
Meet targets in customer service, resolution time & engagement
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or BPO is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools
Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer excellence
