Job Description Responsibilities : Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing system implementations. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on user experience. Monitor and analyze application performance and identify areas for improvement. Mandatory Skills 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance. 3+ years of experience with Duck Creek Billing system QA. Nice To Have Skills QA experience in Duck Creek Policy, Rating, Distribution Management System (DMS), and Duck Creek Digital. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Duck Creek Billing system QA. Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts.
