Company Description Centre for Cruelty-free Testing (CCFT) specializes in ethical in-vitro testing of product safety, focusing on ingredients, product toxicity, and packaging. Supported by prominent testing labs and organizations, CCFT ensures the end products are trustworthy. Based in Meerut and equipped with technical expertise from MIET and regulatory expertise from MGCTS, CCFT adheres to various ISO standards and OECD guidelines for GLP compliance. CCFT offers services including skin sensitization, cytotoxicity, and phototoxicity, and provides safety marks such as paraben-free, cruelty-free, and non-toxic certifications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut for a Laboratory Assistant. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tasks, including operating laboratory equipment(HPLC), ensuring quality control processes, and adhering to safety protocols. The role involves supporting the execution of various tests, recording and analyzing data, maintaining laboratory cleanliness, and assisting with the preparation of reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Skills Strong Communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols accurately Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field preferred Prior experience in a laboratory setting is advantageous,
