We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering to lead our power audit team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee power audit projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct technical assessments, energy efficiency evaluations, and load analysis to optimize power consumption. Develop and implement audit methodologies, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in electrical assessments. Manage a team of engineers, assign tasks, and supervise project execution from planning to reporting. Work closely with clients to identify power system inefficiencies and propose tailored solutions. Ensure all audit reports, documentation, and compliance requirements are met. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in power audits and energy management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align engineering strategies with business goals. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and field teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). 7+ years of experience in power audits, energy management, or electrical system assessments. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, load analysis, power factor correction, and energy-saving techniques. Hands-on experience with power audit tools, energy meters, and electrical testing equipment. Familiarity with international standards and regulatory guidelines for energy audits and electrical safety. Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and energy modeling software is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in energy auditing, power quality analysis, or electrical safety (e.g., CEA, CEM, or equivalent). Experience in renewable energy integration, smart grids, or energy conservation programs. Prior experience in leading audit teams in an industrial or commercial setup.
